Fitness at Home
Join us every Mon & Wed at 6:30 pm for a 30-minute fitness class via Zoom. Be sure to have your mats, weights, and bands ready!
Weekly Bible Study
Join us online every Wednesday from 7:30-8:00 PM on Zoom as we explore the bible together —powerful lessons on faith, grace, and the Kingdom of God.
Pauses on May 20th for Summer break and resumes Sep 16th.
Gentle Yoga for your mind and body
Come join Ben every Saturday of the month in the First Sterling Gym for a 45 minute gentle yoga class focusing on balance, flexibility and relaxation.
Please bring your mat and water. All levels welcome.

New member classes are held every Sunday at 10am. The schedule is below and can be attended at your convenience:
Salvation - 1st Sunday
Stewardship - 2nd Sunday
Studying the Bible - 3rd Sunday
Baptism - 4th Sunday
FaithBuilder's Children's Church
Children's church meets every Sunday during Sunday Service at 11am for an hour on the 1st, 3rd and 4th Sunday.
Children aged 5 to 17 are welcome!
