​Come join Ben every 2nd Saturday of the month at 9:30 am in the First Sterling Classroom #1,  for a 45 minute gentle yoga class focusing on balance, flexibility and relaxation.

Children's church meets every Sunday during Sunday Service at 11am for an hour on the 1st, 3rd and 4th Sunday.
