  • Capacity = 150 

  • Podium Size - 20 x 18ft

RATES

  • $500 -  Security Deposit (Refundable - not included in rent)

  • $1295 - rental (Maximum  - 6 hours)

  • $100 - rental (each additional hour over 6 hours)

  • $700 - Musicians/Choir (Pianist, drummer, bass player), if available.

  • $350 - AV Engineer to run sound & visual presentation  

  • $150 - Streaming services for YouTube and Facebook.

FIRST STERLING HALL

  • Capacity = 200 for dining, 300 auditorium seating 

  • Facility Size - 3000 sq.ft. 

  • Stage size - 12 x 16ft

RATES

  • $500 - Security Deposit (Refundable – not included in rent)

  • $1295 - Rental (Minimum – 6 Hours)

  • $200 - Rental (Each Additional Hour Over 6 hours)

  • $300 - Setting up and removal of Tables, Chairs, and Stage (2 - 8′ Rectangular Tables, 10 - 6′ Round Tables, 200 Chairs, 12X16ft Stage)

  • $200 Kitchen Rental (Includes Convection/Conventional Oven, Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer and Ample Counter and Cabinet Space)
